I want to thank you for helping me achieve one of my basic fitness goals.
You have helped me believe that anything I want to accomplish is possible if I am willing to work hard at it. You helped me to get to the top of my mountain and I am so grateful for it. You gave me the knowledge to face some difficult times in my life and make some big decisions, involving diet and exercise. Giving me the belief in myself and your methods, pointing the way like a good teacher. I am looking forward to working with you towards an upcoming competition. Once again thank you for empowering me by explaining how simple it is to reach my goals with a little willpower and planning.
