I just wanted to drop you a quick line and thank you for all of your amazing and hard work in preparations and at Nationals. You have truly taken my physique to the "next level" and I feel so lucky to have you on my team! You are, by far, the greatest coach ever, both with the nutrition and assuring that my training is on point (including routine, cardio and weights). Thank you so much for all of your support and encouragement this weekend... and for getting us into the top five. There is no way I would have made it this far without you and I truly appreciate everything that you do!! Well, you know where we go from here :) Now it is time to get ready to rock New York at the Team U in August!!! Perhaps we can touch basis after Turkey Day about an off season diet that will keep me fairly lean heading into next April, 2006 (when I believe we began hard dieting for Team U).
