I never thought, at 33 years old, I would find myself entering my first Figure Competition. But here I am, working toward my dream! After giving birth 12 years ago and later suffering from a serious car accident that left me with a broken back I just knew there was no way my body would ever be the same. Then I found Kim! Through his program of structured diet, intense conditioning, and monitored supplements, I am achieving what seemed impossible. Now my life has changed! I’ve gone from thinking, “what if” to “what next”. From admiring the shapely muscles and figures of the competitors, to looking in the mirror admiring my own. I have only begun this journey of Figure Competitions, but the relief of knowing I have a great “Coach” on my side is immense. I am now looking forward to the future achievements that await me! The entire Body O Team is amazing, and I’m proud to be considered a part of that Team!
